TERMS OF SERVICE

Please give this a read before you commission me as it contains important info about my process. Thank you!GENERAL
- I do not consent to ANY of my art being used for AI, NFTs, or anything similar.- Do not use a commission for commercial use/profit without my permission. If you’d like to use it for such, that will be up to discussion before the drawing process starts.- I have the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable and/or that I do not feel able to do.PAYMENT
- I only accept payment upfront through Paypal, Ko-fi, and Cashapp. If you need some extra time, I can hold a slot for up to two weeks.WORK SPEED / DEADLINES
- I can take up to a week to respond and can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to work on and finish a commission, depending on my queue and life factors.- If you’d like a deadline for your commission, it MUST be requested upfront and discussed. I have the right to decline if I feel that the time frame is too short.PROGRESS/CHANGES
- Unless requested otherwise, I will send WIPs for each stage of work.- Please be upfront with references and details when ordering and giving feedback.- Major changes/revisions can only be made during the sketching stage. Minor changes or color corrections can be made at the lineart, coloring, and shading stages.FINAL PRODUCT
- Any file(s) I give will only be available from me for a finite time. I take measures to keep art for up to a year, but I can not guarantee against accidents or loss.- Once a commission is complete, you are free to post it wherever you'd like while giving me credit as the artist. I may use your commission in the future as an art example, but please do feel free to tell me if you'd be uncomfortable with this!

PRICES

NOTE: Prices are subject to extra fees if designs and/or props are more complex. This will be discussed beforehand and does NOT include things relating to disability, such as mobility aids.ICONS

+ $10 for flat colors
+ $10 for rendering (shading/lighting)
+ $5 for a simple pattern background
+ 50% of the price for each extra character. Max 4 characters per piece without additional fees.

(Note: Not all of these were drawn under my commission structure, so final results will not be exact. I've also had to crunch some of these for Carrd, so they might look lower quality than the original pieces are.)
